Your photo stays on your device.
The short version: the image is never sent anywhere. The longer version is below, including the few requests this page does make.
The photo
When you choose a file, the browser reads it from your disk, decodes it in memory and draws it to a canvas in this tab. The downloaded JPEG is produced the same way. No image data is transmitted, and there is no server-side endpoint that could receive it. Nothing is written to storage, so closing or reloading the tab discards both the photo and the crop.
What the page does send
- Fonts. The typefaces are served from this domain, so no font provider sees your visit.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by a static host, which keeps standard access logs (IP address, path, time, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
- Advertising. If ads are shown, the ad network may set cookies or read device identifiers to choose and measure them. Where required by law, a consent prompt appears first.
- Analytics. Aggregate page counts, if enabled. No cross-site profiles and no photo data.
Cookies
Passpics sets no cookies of its own. It uses no local storage, no session storage and no fingerprinting. Any cookies you encounter come from the third parties listed above.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Your rights
Because no personal data is collected by the site itself, there is nothing to export or erase here. For data held by an ad network or font provider, use that provider’s own controls.
